FAQ

The questions we hear most before a first visit.

How do I book a session?

Click “Book Now” on this site, pick a convenient time slot, fill in the intake form, then add our official LINE (@daystrongptc). You can also book directly by phone (04-2471-0005) or LINE — feel free to ask about times not shown in the online system. Once confirmed, you will receive details about location, fees and reminders.

How long is the first visit?

Your first visit runs about 50–60 minutes and includes history taking, a physical exam and movement assessment, followed by appropriate manual and exercise therapy, an explanation of your condition, a home exercise prescription, and scheduling of your next follow-up. Follow-up timing and frequency vary from patient to patient and will be discussed with you by your therapist at the end of the first visit.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, along with a physician's diagnosis certificate issued within the last three months, or your visit records from the NHI Express app. If you have related X-ray / MRI imaging, bring it along too so your therapist can assess and treat you more thoroughly.

How is treatment carried out?

Like most physical therapy providers, we offer a range of non-invasive, drug-free approaches — modalities, manual therapy and exercise. Beyond structural injury, we also focus on the movement dysfunction caused by poor compensation or mistaken self-care habits. We therefore pay closer attention to the root of the pain, emphasizing individualized treatment plans centered on exercise therapy, so patients regain movement function and prevent pain from recurring.

How much does it cost? Is NHI covered?

We are a self-pay clinic. Each session is one-on-one for 50–60 minutes and is not covered by National Health Insurance. Full pricing is provided when your booking is confirmed.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

Simply message our official LINE with the new time you'd like. Please note that changes must be made at least three days before your appointment; if you do not notify us in advance, the clinic reserves the right to charge an additional administrative fee at your next visit.

Is parking available?

If you're driving, please use a nearby paid parking lot such as Times Dajin No. 2 Parking Lot or Wanshou Baseball Stadium Underground Parking. Scooters can park at the entrance or along Dachang Street.
